Job summary

Cavender Auto Family is seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager for Cavender Auto Country Polaris. You will guide customers through financing, protect profitability, and deliver an exceptional buying experience across a growing Texas dealership network.

The role focuses on presenting finance products, building lender relationships, and ensuring accurate, compliant paperwork while collaborating with sales and management to optimize the customer journey.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 years of dealership F&I experience.
Polaris dealership experience preferred.
High School Diploma or GED.
Polaris Experience Preferred.

Responsibilities

Present finance, warranty, and protection products to customers.
Secure financing through established lender relationships.
Structure deals while maximizing profitability and compliance.
Ensure all paperwork is accurate, complete, and processed in a timely manner.
Maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.
Achieve dealership goals for finance product penetration and customer satisfaction.
Stay current on lender programs, manufacturer incentives, and compliance regulations.
Assist customers with warranty and protection plan questions or claims.
Work closely with the Sales and Management teams to create a seamless customer experience.
