Job summary

Cavender Auto Country Polaris is seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to guide customers through the financing process while protecting dealership profitability and delivering an outstanding buying experience.

The ideal candidate will present finance products, secure financing through lender relationships, and stay compliant with programs and incentives while collaborating with Sales and Management to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Responsibilities

• Present finance, warranty, and protection products to customers.
• Secure financing through established lender relationships.
• Structure deals while maximizing profitability and compliance.
• Ensure all paperwork is accurate, complete, and processed in a timely manner.
• Maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Achieve dealership goals for finance product penetration and customer satisfaction.
• Stay current on lender programs, manufacturer incentives, and compliance regulations.
• Assist customers with warranty and protection plan questions or claims.
• Work closely with the Sales and Management teams to create a seamless customer experience.
