Job summary

AutoNation is seeking an F&I Manager in Carlsbad, NM to guide customers through financing during vehicle purchases and to work with 30+ lenders. You will present transparent pricing, process finance transactions, and ensure regulatory compliance while building relationships and driving sales targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized.
• Prior sales experience preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Valid in-state driver's license and an acceptable, safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the store and transition them from Sales to Finance during their vehicle purchase process.
• Develop relationships with customers and employees to understand financing needs.
• Determine customer financing options based on a consultative interview.
• Present a transparent pricing menu detailing financing options and products.
• Process finance transactions and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build referrals.
• Set and achieve targeted sales goals and gain product knowledge to help customers.
• Ensure administrative processes are handled timely and in policy.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
