Qualifications

• 3+ years in automotive F&I management.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of financing, lending programs, and aftermarket products.
• Understanding of contracts, titles, and compliance.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with dealership management systems and electronic contracting.

Responsibilities

• Present and explain financing options, extended contracts, GAP, and protection plans.
• Collaborate with lenders to secure competitive financing.
• Review credit applications and structure deals.
• Achieve F&I performance goals and product penetration.
• Ensure customers understand contracts and payments.
• Maintain compliant documentation and funding paperwork.
• Coordinate with sales and accounting for smooth handoffs.
• Monitor funding and address outstanding documentation.
