Job summary

Acura Highland Park is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to support our sales team and help customers finalize vehicle purchases with confidence. This role requires a detail-oriented automotive finance professional who understands lender relationships, F&I products, compliance requirements, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

As Finance Manager, you will secure financing, present F&I options, prepare paperwork for retail and lease transactions, and ensure every transaction is

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three or more years of automotive finance/F&I/dealership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of finance, lease, insurance, warranty, and extended service products.
• Ability to explain options clearly and provide a professional customer experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage time-sensitive paperwork.
• Understanding of dealership compliance requirements and vehicle transaction documentation.
• Ability to obtain and maintain state insurance licensing and continuing education, as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Arrange financing options to support profitability and customer needs.
• Present F&I products clearly and professionally.
• Prepare and review documents for retail and lease transactions.
• Maintain compliant paperwork and liaise with lenders.
• Train sales staff on financing, insurance, warranty, and service programs.
• Support alternative finance sources and keep the team updated.
• Process finance and lease deals accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure paperwork is organized for the business office.
• Explain procedures to customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
