AutoNation is seeking a Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to lead the financing process for vehicle buyers. You will bridge sales and finance, present options, and ensure compliant, transparent transactions while delivering exceptional customer experiences across AutoNation stores.

You’ll manage relationships, drive results, and develop staff with a focus on innovation and service excellence in a national automotive retailer setting.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and transition them from Sales to Finance during vehicle purchase.
• Develop relationships with employees and customers.

• Present a transparent pricing menu detailing financing options and products.
• Process finance transactions and ensure compliance with all state and federal laws.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Build rapport with customers to create referrals.
• Set and achieve targeted sales goals.
• Gain product knowledge to effectively help customers.
• Ensure administrative processes are timely and compliant with policy.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
