Job summary

Johnson Volvo Cars Charlotte is seeking an experienced, polished Finance & Insurance Manager to join our team. You will guide customers through financing options, present F&I products, coordinate with lenders, and ensure compliant, accurate transactions.

You will build relationships with lending partners and the Sales team, conduct consultative interviews, structure transactions, and explain options clearly to customers.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of automotive financing, lender relationships, and F&I products.
• Experience structuring and submitting transactions to lenders.
• Strong consultative sales, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort working with dealership technology, lender platforms, and F&I systems.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers, Sales Consultants, Sales Management, and lending partners.
• Conduct a consultative interview to understand financing needs and preferences.
• Review credit information and structure transactions appropriately.
• Submit transactions to lenders and work to secure competitive financing terms.
• Maintain productive relationships with banks, credit unions, and other lending partners.
• Clearly explain financing options and present F&I products.
• Explain product coverage, benefits, costs, and options accurately.
• Complete contracts, disclosures, lender documents, and other paperwork.
• Monitor contracts in transit and resolve documentation or funding issues.
• Stay current with lender programs, dealership products, and manufacturer offerings.
• Collaborate with Sales team for a smooth transition from selection to delivery.
• Follow up with customers to build loyalty and referrals.
• Aim for strong financial and customer-satisfaction results.
