Ron Marhofer Auto Family seeks an experienced Finance & Insurance Manager at Hyundai of Green, Akron, OH. The role focuses on maximizing dealership profitability through compliant financing, optimizing F&I performance, and coaching the sales team in real time.

Ideal candidates will have automotive F&I management experience, strong lender relationships, and full knowledge of finance products and state regulations, including FCRA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance preferred.
• Experience in automotive finance management with targets and customer service required.
• Strong knowledge of finance products, regulations and FCRA compliance.
• Ability to coach sales team on F&I processes and best practices.

Responsabilités

• Drive F&I PVR performance and hit company targets.
• Coach sales team on F&I process in real time.
• Deliver vehicles and demonstrate best-in-class F&I deliveries.
• Structure deals per lender/dealership guidelines.
• Maintain 100% video compliance.
• Rework declined deals with Sales.
