Job summary

Victory Automotive Group is seeking a Finance Manager to guide financing and insurance activities for customers and to drive profitability while ensuring compliance and exceptional service. You will coordinate financing, explain aftermarket products, and support the sales team with finance and lease options.

The ideal candidate has dealership experience, strong communication and math skills, and a professional demeanor.

Qualifications

Two years of dealership experience preferred.
Strong and confident personality.
Highly professional and dependable.
Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with customers, vendors, and staff.
Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Strong math skills.
Strong computer and internet skills.

Responsibilities

Offers vehicle financing and insurance to customers with explanations of products and service procedures.
Works with customers to obtain financing according to state and federal law.
Prepares all state and federal documents for vehicle purchases promptly and accurately.
Maintains relations with lending institutions to secure rates and financing programs.
Collaborates with Sales to reference finance/lease programs and benefits to customers.
Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Performs other duties as assigned.
