Job summary

Victory Automotive Group is seeking a Finance Manager to coordinate all finance and insurance activities for our customers, helping secure financing and selling extended protection products. You will prepare documentation and ensure compliance with dealership policies and legal requirements.

The ideal candidate may have finance-related education and dealership experience, with a professional demeanor, strong business sense, and excellent communication skills to deliver world-class customer

Qualifications

Two years of dealership experience preferred.
Strong and confident personality.
Highly professional and dependable.
Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with customers, vendors, and staff.
Strong organization skills, able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Strong math skills.
Strong computer and internet skills.

Responsibilities

Offers vehicle financing and insurance to customers with thorough explanations of products and procedures.
Coordinates financing through ledgers on vehicle purchases in compliance with laws.
Prepares state and federal documents regarding vehicle purchases timely and accurately.
Maintains relationships with lending institutions to secure competitive rates and programs.
Collaborates with Sales to refer new sales to the F&I department and explains financing options.
Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Performs other duties as assigned.
