Job summary

All Roads at Acura of Laurel in Laurel, MD is seeking an experienced F&I Manager to drive dealership performance from day one. The role demands prior dealership F&I expertise, a valid driver’s license, and strong compliance knowledge.

You will liaise with lending partners, present finance products in a compliant manner, and oversee documentation and regulatory reporting while using CDK, DealerSocket, or Darwin.

Qualifications

• Prior dealership F&I experience is required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Solid F&I process and compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between the dealership and lending partners.
• Present financial service products in a compliant manner.
• Review and inspect departmental paperwork daily to ensure accurate documentation and timely deal flow.
• Ensure adherence to company and regulatory F&I reporting requirements.
• Maintain compliance with all Federal, State, Local, and Company regulations.
• Utilize CDK, DealerSocket, and/or Darwin (preferred).
