Job summary

All Roads Company at Acura of Laurel is seeking an experienced F&I Manager in the Sales department. This full-time role requires solid F&I process and compliance knowledge, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to liaise with lending partners to ensure compliant deals.

Compensation is competitive based on experience with 100k+ potential per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package. The position emphasizes presenting financial services, accurate documentation, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in F&I within a dealership.
• Solid F&I process and compliance knowledge.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between the dealership and lending partners.
• Present financial service products in a compliant manner.
• Review and inspect departmental paperwork daily to ensure accurate documentation and timely deal flow.
• Ensure adherence to company and regulatory F&I reporting requirements.
• Maintain compliance with all Federal, State, Local, and Company regulations.
• Utilize CDK, DealerSocket, and/or Darwin (preferred).
