Job summary

Performance Honda Bountiful is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our high-volume dealership team in Bountiful, UT. You will guide customers through financing and leasing, present F&I products, and work with lenders to structure vehicle financing.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive F&I experience required.
• Strong knowledge of automotive finance and lending.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional, confident, and ethical approach.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed performance goals.
• Strong computer and paperwork skills.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• All employees must pass a pre-employment substance screening.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the financing and leasing process
• Present financing, extended service contracts, protection products, and other F&I products
• Work closely with lenders to structure and secure vehicle financing
• Ensure all deals are accurately and efficiently processed
• Review and explain contracts and paperwork with customers
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and dealership requirements
• Build strong relationships with customers while delivering an exceptional experience
• Work closely with the Sales and Management teams to maximize dealership performance
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is complete
• Stay current on lender programs, F&I products, and industry requirements
