Qualifications

• Previous automotive F&I experience required.
• Strong knowledge of automotive finance and lending.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed performance goals.
• Strong computer and paperwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through financing and leasing process.
• Present financing, extended service contracts, protection products, and other F&I products.
• Work closely with lenders to structure and secure vehicle financing.
• Ensure all deals are accurately and efficiently processed.
• Review and explain contracts and paperwork with customers.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and dealership requirements.
• Build strong relationships with customers while delivering an exceptional experience.
• Work closely with the Sales and Management teams to maximize dealership performance.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is complete.
• Stay current on lender programs, F&I products, and industry requirements.
