Responsibilities

• Guide customers through financing, leasing, protection products, and ownership options.
• Create financing solutions that meet customer needs while supporting dealership profitability.
• Build partnerships with lenders to secure competitive approvals and funding.
• Deliver transparent, professional product presentations that enhance the ownership experience.
• Review and finalize deal documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with all state, federal, lender, and dealership requirements.
• Monitor funding timelines and ensure contracts move smoothly through the process.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to maximize customer satisfaction and business results.
• Drive key performance metrics including product penetration, profitability, and lender performance.
