Job summary

Auto Careers Online, LLC is seeking an Income Development Manager to lead a 20–30 dealer NC territory, driving PNUR via VSC and F&I products. You will coach dealer teams, analyze performance, and build strong relationships with dealer principals and sales leadership.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in auto dealership F&I or vendor sales, with AFIP certification a plus, and proficient CRM/DMS skills. This field-based role requires travel within North Carolina and a focus on ethical, compliant

Qualifications

5–10 years of combined experience in auto dealership operations, F&I, or vendor sales/training.
Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred.
AFIP Certification a plus.
Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and dealership DMS platforms.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with dealer principals and leaders.

Responsibilities

Create and execute strategic territory growth plans with the Regional Manager.
Build consultative relationships with dealer principals, GMs, F&I Directors, and sales leaders.
Conduct in-store performance analysis to boost F&I penetration and revenue.
Train dealership staff on OEM-branded VSC and ancillary products.
Liaise with dealers for questions, service issues, and escalations.
Share field intelligence on product performance and market trends.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent dealer support.
Uphold integrity, ethics, and compliance standards; pursue ongoing self-development.
