Job summary

AmeriTrust Financial Technologies Inc. is seeking an F&I Assistant to manage the financing and insurance process for dealership vehicle sales and leases. You will work with customers, lenders, and staff to obtain approvals, prepare documents, ensure timely funding, and maintain compliance with laws and dealership policies.

The role emphasizes accuracy, transparency, and compliant deal documentation, including credit review, disclosures, license plate coordination, and ongoing funding support.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent and familiarity with automotive finance processes.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills are essential for reviewing credit and disclosures.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills are necessary to work with customers, lenders, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers after vehicle selection to complete financing, leasing, and F&I processes.
• Review credit applications and supporting docs for completeness and accuracy.
• Explain contract terms including amount financed, payment, term, APR, down payment, and other terms.
• Prepare and review retail installment contracts, lease agreements, buyers' orders, and other documents.
• Obtain signatures and provide copies of executed documents.
• Verify documents are complete, accurate, and compliant before delivery and funding.
• Coordinate with personnel to issue license plates and maintain deal jackets and records.
• Monitor contracts in transit and resolve funding deficiencies with lenders.
• Collaborate with accounting, sales, title, and funding to timely close transactions.
• Maintain relationships with banks, credit unions, finance companies, and lessors.
