Job summary

AmeriTrust Financial Technologies Inc. is hiring an F&I Assistant to manage financing and insurance for vehicle sales. You will work with customers, lenders, and dealership staff to secure approvals, prepare documents, and ensure timely funding with strict compliance. Strong attention to detail and ethics are essential.

You will review credits, explain terms, and maintain complete deal jackets while coordinating with departments to finalize transactions and licensing matters.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, college education preferred.
• Experience in automotive finance, lending, or F&I is preferred.
• Familiarity with retail installment and vehicle leasing transactions.
• Strong math, analytical, and numerical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-service abilities.
• Ability to review complex transaction documents accurately.
• Proficiency with dealership management, desking, credit-application, and electronic contracting systems.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers to complete financing, leasing, and F&I processes.
• Review credit applications for completeness and accuracy.
• Explain contract terms such as amount financed, payment, and terms.
• Prepare and review contracts, disclosures, title documents, and related forms.
• Obtain signatures and provide copies of documents to customers.
• Ensure documents are complete, accurate, and compliant before delivery.
• Coordinate license plates issuance and maintain deal jackets and records.
• Monitor contracts in transit and resolve funding deficiencies; coordinate with staff to finish transactions.
