Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma; college education preferred.
• Experience in automotive finance, lending, or F&I is preferred.
• Strong math, analytical, and communication skills are essential.
• Proficient with dealership management, desking, credit-application, and electronic contracting systems.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to complete financing, leasing, and F&I processes.
• Review credit applications and supporting documentation for accuracy.
• Explain contract terms, including amount financed, payment, APR, and down payment.
• Prepare and review retail installment contracts, leases, and related documents.
• Obtain signatures and provide customers with copies of executed documents.
• Verify documents are complete, accurate, and compliant before delivery and funding.
• Coordinate with staff to issue license plates and maintain complete deal jackets.
• Monitor contracts in transit and resolve funding deficiencies promptly.
• Coordinate with accounting, sales, title, and funding teams to finish transactions.
• Maintain relationships with lenders and other financing sources.
• Comply with lender/lessor program requirements and avoid misrepresentation.
