Job summary

Crossroads Nissan of Wake Forest in Wake Forest, NC is seeking an Automotive Finance Manager (F&I Manager) to guide customers through financing options and protect their investment with the right products. You’ll work with lenders to secure approvals that benefit both the customer and the dealership, train sales staff on finance programs, and monitor contracts to support cash flow.

Qualifications

• Strong focus on profitability, expense control, and customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Present financing options, aftermarket products, and service agreements
• Accurately process finance and lease deals
• Secure lender approvals while ensuring compliance with regulations
• Train sales staff on finance programs and benefits
• Monitor contracts in transit to maintain cash flow
