Job summary

Swickard Toyota of Edmonds in Edmonds, WA is seeking a Finance Manager who can guide guests through financing, leasing, and protection options with transparency and care. You will structure deals, coordinate with sales and lending partners, and ensure compliant transactions while upholding our hospitality standards.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a franchised dealership, strong experience with PVR, VSC and GAP, and a current F&I license (or ability to obtain one).

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Finance Manager experience in a franchised dealership.
• Strong experience with PVR, VSC, and GAP penetration; lender diversification.
• Deep knowledge of menu selling, deal structure, and compliance (Reg Z, TILA, FCRA).
• Active state F&I license or ability to obtain one prior to start.
• Clear, trustworthy communicator; aligns with Toyota guest expectations.
• Hospitality mindset; protect guest interests and dealership integrity.

Responsibilities

• Guide guests through financing, leasing, and protection products with transparency.
• Structure deals accurately and coordinate with sales and lending partners.
• Present and sell F&I products (VSC, GAP, maintenance) via a menu-based process.
• Build lender relationships to offer competitive financing options.
• Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and manufacturer regulations.
• Partner with sales leadership to capture 100% of finance transactions.
• Maintain accurate deal documentation and fund contracts on time.
• Represent Swickard Toyota of Edmonds and our hospitality standard in finance office.
