Blue Ridge Ford of North GA is seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to maximize earnings by structuring competitive financing and presenting F&I products. You will build trust with customers and work with lenders to secure favorable terms, while ensuring compliance and accurate documentation.

The role requires a proven F&I track record, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Previous Automotive Finance Manager (F&I) experience is required with a minimum of 3 years verifiable.
• Proven track record of F&I performance and profitability.
• Knowledge of automotive financing, lending programs, and F&I products.
• Billing and documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Ford experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Present financing and leasing options tailored to customers' needs.
• Explain finance and insurance products professionally and effectively.
• Build strong relationships with customers while creating a smooth buying experience.
• Work with lenders to secure competitive financing approvals and terms.
• Maximize F&I profitability while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Ensure financing transactions, contracts, and documentation are accurate and compliant.
• Partner with the sales team and dealership leadership to achieve performance goals.
• Maintain high standards of ethics, professionalism, and attention to detail.
