Job summary

Grubbs Family of Dealerships, a multi-brand automotive group serving the DFW area, seeks a Finance Manager (F&I) to guide customers through financing options and protect the store's back-end gross with complete transparency.

You will structure deals, secure lender approvals, and maintain strict compliance while delivering an exceptional, no-pressure financing experience that drives CSI and repeat business.

Qualifications

• Automotive F&I experience strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of high per-copy and product penetration.
• Thorough knowledge of F&I compliance and lender requirements.
• Excellent communication and closing skills.
• High integrity and customer-first approach.
• Clean driving record and background check.

Responsibilities

• Present financing options and protection plans to customers using a consistent process.
• Structure deals to maximize gross while staying compliant.
• Secure lender approvals and manage lender relationships.
• Ensure all contracts and funding documents are accurate and complete.
• Maintain high per-copy and product-penetration metrics.
• Deliver a transparent, no-pressure financing experience.
