Job summary

Grubbs Family of Dealerships in Texas is seeking an experienced Finance Manager (F&I) to guide customers through financing options and protection plans, ensuring 100% compliance and transparent disclosures. You will structure deals to maximize gross while maintaining full compliance and a positive CSI.

Qualifications

Automotive F&I experience preferred and proven performance metrics.
Knowledge of F&I compliance and lender requirements.
Excellent communication and closing skills.

Responsibilities

Present financing options and protection plans to customers using a consistent process.
Structure deals to maximize gross while staying compliant and transparent.
Secure lender approvals and manage lender relationships.
Ensure all paperwork—contracts, disclosures, funding documents—is accurate and complete.
Maintain strong per-copy averages and product penetration across the board.
Deliver a transparent, no-pressure financing experience that protects CSI.
