Job summary

Grubbs Family of Dealerships in Texas is seeking an experienced Finance Manager (F&I) to guide customers through financing options and maximize back-end gross with a transparent, compliant process.

You’ll present plans, secure lender approvals, and maintain accurate paperwork while protecting CSI and delivering a high-integrity, customer-first experience. Automotive F&I experience is required.

Qualifications

• Automotive F&I experience required.
• Proven ability to maintain compliance and high CSI.
• Excellent communication and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Present financing options and protection plans to customers.
• Structure deals to maximize front and back gross while staying compliant.
• Secure lender approvals and manage lender relationships.
• Ensure paperwork is accurate, complete, and compliant.
• Deliver a transparent, no-pressure financing experience.
