Job summary

O'Gara Coach in Beverly Hills is seeking a Finance Manager to work with the sales team to facilitate professional client financing and vehicle sales.

The role requires staying current with DMV regulations, compliance laws, and lender guidelines while presenting financing options to customers and closing deals. You will build lender relationships and manage F&I paperwork in a fast-paced dealership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• AFIP certification or ability to complete course within 90 days of employment.
• Valid California driver’s license and insurable.
• Proven understanding of vehicle financing and closing techniques.
• Previous finance or sales experience is a plus.
• ADP/Tekion experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Dealersocket CRM preferred.
• Strong communication with customers, employees, and partners; ability to convey enthusiasm for vehicle brands.
• Customer service, interpersonal, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Attention to detail, organization, time management, teamwork, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Flexible and able to adapt to business demands.
• Able to acquire any additional licensing and certification.

Responsibilities

• Stay current and proficient with DMV regulations and vehicle titling/registration processes.
• Ensure compliance with consumer disclosure laws and lender requirements.
• Provide and explain financing options to customers and help close deals.
• Safeguard confidentiality of customer information per privacy laws and regulations.
• Maintain relationships with lenders, vehicle lenders, and third-party vendors.
• Know the full finance and insurance portfolio including rate plans and add-ons.
• Comply with policies from manufacturers, lenders, and trainings.
• Present finance products to customers to achieve product penetration targets.
• Verify deal structures comply with lender guidelines before submission.
• Package deals with documentation for timely funding and titling/registration.
• Submit deals to lenders using various submission methods and portals.
• Review daily F&I paperwork flow for accuracy and turnaround.
• Ensure funds are collected from customers following dealer guidelines.
• Attend required trainings to stay compliant with manufacturer/dealer requirements.
• Maintain AFIP training and stay current with industry standards.
• Use the dealership's menu selling system effectively.
• Perform other duties as assigned by corporate management.
