• Oversee the full F&I process for the dealership.
• Prepare applications, pull credit scores, and complete contracts.
• Determine payoff amounts and perform title checks; manage funding.
• Utilize Digital Menu Selling and Contracts-in-Transit processes.
• Maintain professionalism and customer-focused service.
