CarGuys Inc. is seeking an Automotive Finance Manager for a dealership client. The role focuses on driving F&I performance with integrity and customer service.

The ideal candidate has years of dealership F&I experience, will control all aspects of the F&I process, complete applications, pull credit scores, determine payoff amounts, and manage contracts. Strong organization and communication with customers and staff are essential.

Qualifications

• Several years of dealership F&I experience required.
• Strong knowledge of the F&I process and related contracts.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Control all aspects of the F&I process at the dealership.
• Complete applications, pull credit scores, and fill out sales contracts.
• Determine payoff amounts and perform title checks; manage Contracts-in-Transit and funding.
• Utilize digital menu selling and related tools to optimize F&I sales.
