Swickard-Auto-Group in Anchorage, AK is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the Financing & Insurance process across our regional network. You will structure deals, present credit options, and drive profitability while ensuring compliance and a premium customer experience.

This role partners with the sales team and lenders to deliver timely funding, accurate paperwork, and strong PVR performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as Automotive Finance Manager or high-performing F&I professional.
• Proven track record of strong PVR and product penetration.
• Strong knowledge of automotive finance, lending, and compliance regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deals and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with CRM and dealership management systems.

Responsabilités

• Drive F&I performance: structure deals, present financing and protection products, maximize profitability per transaction.
• Ensure compliance: maintain 100% compliance with federal, state, and lender regulations; audit-ready paperwork.
• Deliver a premium customer experience with clear financing options and professional service.
• Manage deal flow and funding: coordinate with sales and lenders for timely funding and clean paperwork.
• Maximize product penetration and present F&I products effectively while maintaining integrity.
• Build and maintain lender relationships for competitive options.
• Monitor performance metrics: track PVR, product penetration, funding timelines.
• Stay current on industry standards and regulatory requirements.
