Swickard Auto Group is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead one of its franchise dealership locations. You will set and drive strategic plans for sales, service, and profitability, oversee the sales team, and ensure smooth operations across departments.

The role requires strong leadership, deep automotive industry knowledge, financial acumen, and a proven track record of delivering results under pressure.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates a high 'HQ' (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness, optimism, curiosity, work ethic, empathy, integrity.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• 5+ years of senior leadership experience as General Sales Manager or 3+ years as General Manager in a franchise dealership with a track record of success.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual business plans and budgets and monitor performance.
• Oversee the sales team: training, coaching, and motivation.
• Manage inventory levels to optimize sales and minimize costs.
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the sales and service process.
