Job summary

SeaWorld is hiring Ambassadors to supervise one or more storage venues, focusing on service, safety, and quality while driving revenue and guest satisfaction. You will oversee receiving, labeling, storage, and distribution of warehouse goods, maintain inventory quality, and communicate with leadership daily.

The role requires warehouse experience, a valid driver's license, ability to lift 50–100 lbs, and leadership skills to train ambassadors and supervise teams.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to lift 50–100 lbs.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Previous warehouse experience required.
• One year of leadership experience within last 6 months or equivalent external experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Able to work independently and lead multiple personnel.
• Knowledgeable in ambassador and supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, labeling, storage, and distribution of warehouse goods.
• Maintain inventory quality and control of merchandise and culinary products.
• Communicate daily with leadership levels.
• Process daily paperwork in SAP or MMS systems.
• Train ambassadors and assistant supervisors in SEA guidelines and employment standards.
• Supervise ambassadors and provide development support.
