Job summary

SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment is seeking enthusiastic Ambassadors to support warehouse operations at SeaWorld Orlando. You will ensure accurate, secure, and timely flow of food and sundry items between the warehouse and cart locations, authorize orders, and process receiving orders.

You’ll balance stock, perform cycle counts, and handle basic WMS transactions daily. The role requires 18+ years old, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and comfort with food handling.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work with all food types and allergens in dining facilities.
• Valid state driver’s license with ability to obtain company license.
• Able to stand for full shifts and move around work areas.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 500 lbs with assistance.
• Able to work indoors/outdoors in all weather conditions and in environments with fumes/dust/odor.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate, secure, and timely flow of goods between warehouse and park locations.
• Authorize and confirm product orders (pick tickets).
• Process receiving orders and balance stock.
• Complete cycle counts and annual inventory.
• Perform basic warehouse transactions in the WMS.
• Support ambassadors, guests and leadership with warehouse operations.

What It Takes To Succeed

• At least 18 years of age
• Comfortable and able to work with all food types, including food allergens in any dining facility
• Valid state driver's license with ability to obtain company driver's license
• Able to stand for entire shift and be able to walk and move freely around work areas
• Able to push/pull up to 500 pounds with assistance and lift/carry up to 50 pounds
• Able to work indoors with or without A/C and outdoors in all weather conditions
• Able to work in environment with Fumes/Dust/Odor
• Able to work in a team environment and independently with little to no supervision
• Able to communicate effectively with ambassadors, guests and leadership
• Able to maintain accuracy with attention to detail while multitasking
• Comfortable learning computer-based programs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to multi-task and adapt to changes in a fast paced work environmentHave a working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
• Available to work varying shifts or hours based on park hours; i.e. be able to work opening and closing shifts
• Working knowledge of SAP applications system preferred
• 1-2 years guest service experience preferred
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety
• Basic math skills required
