This role contributes to smooth restaurant operations and guest satisfaction daily. Ideal candidates show teamwork, are at least 16, and can work flexible days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean and reset tables promptly after guests finish their meals.

• Clean food prep areas, equipment, and facilities.
• Sweep floors and restock supplies as needed.
• Assist with unloading delivery trucks.
• Support dishwashing and other kitchen tasks as needed.
• Attend required Food & Beverage training sessions.
• Perform additional duties to support restaurant operations.

Job Summary

Join Anakeesta as a Utility team member and help ensure every guest enjoys a seamless dining experience. In this role, you’ll support our restaurant team by keeping tables clean and ready, delivering food accurately and promptly, and maintaining a smooth, welcoming environment for guests at the top of the Smoky Mountains.

Your Responsibilities

• Clean and reset tables promptly after guests finish their meals
• Verify food orders for accuracy before delivery
• Deliver food to tables with professionalism, etiquette, and a friendly attitude
• Clean food prep areas, equipment, and facilities
• Sweep floors and restock supplies as needed
• Assist with unloading delivery trucks
• Support dishwashing and other kitchen tasks as needed
• Attend all required Food & Beverage training sessions
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support restaurant operations

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to safely lift, carry, and move materials independently and with team assistance when necessary.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including pushing, pulling, grasping, bending, stooping, kneeling, climbing, and reaching overhead.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, including on uneven surfaces and stairs.
• Ability to safely handle heavy, bulky, or awkward items using proper lifting techniques and assistance as needed.
• Capable of working in a physically demanding environment with frequent movement and manual labor activities.
