Anakeesta in Gatlinburg, TN is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to help lead dining operations across venues. You will support daily operations, guide team members, and ensure guests enjoy exceptional service in a clean, fun, and welcoming environment.

The role requires leadership in fast-paced settings, weekend/evening availability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. The position offers outdoor work on a mountaintop and opportunities for growth within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a lead, supervisor, or manager role.
• Strong leadership skills in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent guest service and communication abilities.
• Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork.
• Availability for weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand or move for extended periods.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to safely lift, carry, and move materials independently and with team assistance when necessary.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including pushing, pulling, grasping, bending, stooping, kneeling, climbing, and reaching overhead.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, including on uneven surfaces and stairs.
• Ability to safely handle heavy, bulky, or awkward items using proper lifting techniques and assistance as needed.
• Capable of working in a physically demanding environment with frequent movement and manual labor activities.
