Job summary

The Hotel Hershey is seeking a Part-Time Dining Room Attendant to maintain a neat and orderly dining room and guest service area within the F&B outlet. On-site role with flexible hours, and employees receive perks such as free Hersheypark admission and parking, plus discounts on food and shopping.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, serving items, assisting with guest service, and maintaining table and station readiness; must be 16+ and have at least 1 year of related F&B experience.

Qualifications

• 16 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience in F&B preferred.
• Must display a professional image in Hershey Entertainment & Resorts guidelines.
• Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated to perform all aspects of the job at all times.
• Must be friendly, upbeat, work well with other employees, and interact with guests.
• Must be able to multitask while prioritizing tasks and assignments.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a professional manner and anticipate guest needs.
• Serve beverage and food items and describe menu items and preparation methods.
• Assist with guest service by retrieving food from the kitchen and transporting it to guests.
• Forward guest concerns to the appropriate waiter or supervisor.
• Breakdown, clean and set up tables, buffets, and food stations.
• Stock linen, china, silver, and glassware and ensure they are polished and in good condition.
• Restock all dining and service areas and ensure condiments are supplied.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
