• Serve as the communication liaison for the Food & Beverage department by answering calls and dispatching personnel.
• Enter operational data into electronic databases in a timely and accurate manner.
• Update Hersheypark mobile App Food & Beverage locations lists.
• Enter and organize departmental training documentation.
• Initiate positive interactions with internal stakeholders across Hershey Entertainment & Resorts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
