Job summary

Latitude Margaritaville Daytona Beach is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our team in Florida. You will support the F&B Manager and Executive Chef in delivering outstanding dining experiences across all service styles, while maintaining strong resident relations and a positive team atmosphere.

This role requires 3–5 years of F&B operations experience, 1–2 years in supervision, and a track record of leadership, budgeting, and program development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; ServSafe and CPR certification preferred.
• 3–5 years of progressive F&B operations experience.
• 1–2 years in a supervisory or management role in F&B settings.
• Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits; sommelier/WSET or similar beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist F&B Manager and Executive Chef in leading dining operations.
• Provide leadership and direction to staff and ensure adherence to policies.
• Develop a strong bar/beverage program aligned with Latitude Margaritaville lifestyle.
• Oversee inventory, budgeting, and spend controls for dining operations.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and compliance with regulations.
• Support hiring, training, and performance management for dining staff.
• Ensure POS system reliability and smooth service across all outlets.
