Job summary

Latitude Margaritaville Daytona Beach is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our team. You will support the F&B Manager and Executive Chef, lead dining room staff, and ensure excellent service for residents and guests in a dynamic community setting.

Responsibilities include developing a strong beverage program, maintaining SOPs, supervising labor, and upholding safety and sanitation standards across operations. Must be flexible for nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressive F&B operations experience.
• 1-2 years of supervisory/management experience in a restaurant, club, hotel F&B setting, or lead role.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to develop and roll out service standards.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.
• Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits; Sommelier/WSET/Cicerone certification beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and maintaining a positive team atmosphere.
• Provide leadership and direction to staff to ensure adherence to policies and programs.
• Maintain high level of resident contact during service hours.
• Lead staff through all service types (a la carte, buffet, etc.).
• Assist in building and maintaining a strong bar and beverage program.
• Monitor dining labor and budgets to meet fiscal goals.
• Supervise and train dining room staff within budget constraints.
