Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager in Florida to lead dining operations at Latitude Margaritaville Daytona Beach. You will mentor staff, maintain resident relationships, and drive a vibrant beverage program aligned with the Margaritaville lifestyle.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and hands-on supervision across service styles, while ensuring safety, sanitation, and cost controls. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressive F&B operations experience.
• 1-2 year experience in a supervisory or management role in a restaurant, club, hotel F&B setting or lead in any of these settings.
• Previous bar operations management experience is a plus.
• Private club experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist F&B Manager and Executive Chef in maintaining a positive team atmosphere.
• Maintain a high level of resident contact during service hours.
• Provide leadership to ensure adherence to policies and programs.
• Lead staff through all service types (a la carte, buffet).
• Develop and manage a strong bar/beverage program reflecting the Latitude Margaritaville lifestyle.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance with regulations.
• Oversee inventory, budgets, and closing duties.
• Supervise and train dining room staff within budget.
