Margaritaville Beach Resort Fort Myers Beach is seeking an energetic Restaurant Assistant Manager to lead our high-paced Food & Beverage team at the Margaritaville Beach Resort Fort Myers Beach.

In this role you will help drive daily operations, support our team, and ensure every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience. If you have 2+ years in supervisory roles and knowledge of Toast POS, apply now.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in food & beverage or hospitality supervisory role such as Assistant Restaurant Manager or similar.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including bar service and menu item descriptions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays.
• Serve Safe certification (current or willing to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a positive team culture while enforcing policies and procedures.
• Conduct interviews and recruit staff to maintain staffing levels.
• Train new hires and coach current staff to uphold standards.
• Provide ongoing feedback and conduct performance evaluations.
• Oversee daily front-of-house operations and assist back-of-house as needed.
• Manage food and beverage planning, purchasing, sanitation, safety, and labor control.
• Organize staff schedules and monitor hours for proper staffing.
