Job summary

The Elyton Hotel, Autograph Collection by Marriott, seeks a Food & Beverage Supervisor to support the F&B Manager and lead the team in delivering outstanding guest service. You will supervise on-floor operations, uphold brand standards, and ensure safety and cleanliness across all dining areas.

Ideal candidates have proven leadership, strong communication skills, and the ability to train and motivate a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the F&B team to deliver exceptional service.

• Oversee cash handling and POS operations with accuracy.
• Train and evaluate staff; ensure clean, orderly work areas.
• Support opening/closing duties and manage supplies.
