Job summary

Target is seeking a Food & Beverage Team Leader to supervise and develop a fast-paced team in-store. You will drive guest satisfaction, maintain product standards, and manage daily operations to align with sales goals and promotions.

The role emphasizes team leadership, safety, and collaboration with store leadership to deliver an excellent guest experience while handling daily tasks and training new team members.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail and/or food experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong interest and knowledge of the Food & Beverage business.
• Lead and hold others accountable.
• Effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Ensure every team member is trained and delivers Target's guest experience commitments.
• Lead a team of hourly team members with coaching, training and development.
• Review metrics and adjust workload to meet store goals and guest engagement.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with vendors to ensure in-stock products.
