Job summary

BENCHMARK is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor for SmokeHouse Social Restaurant at OKANA Resort & Indoor Waterpark. This role involves overseeing daily operations, training staff, and resolving guest concerns, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have previous restaurant experience, communication skills, and knowledge of food and beverage operations. Competitive hourly wages and benefits are offered, along with opportunities for ongoing training and development.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience preferred.
• Education, training, or experience in Food and Beverage supervision.
• Knowledge of Food and Beverage operations, staffing levels, service equipment, and guest relations.

Responsibilities

• Daily supervision of food and beverage staff.
• Open and close the restaurant, coordinating staff and inventory.
• Interact with customers to promote hotel facilities and services.
• Control payroll and equipment costs to ensure profitability.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area consistent with local health department standards.

Skills

Strong communication skills in English

Ability to handle internal and external customers with patience

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
