Job summary

Powdr Corp. at Copper Mountain Resort seeks an F&B Assistant Manager for Sawmill to oversee day-to-day operations of the pizza and tap house. The role involves on-floor leadership, guest satisfaction, and collaboration across departments for events.

The candidate will supervise FOH staff, train team members, and contribute to financial reporting while maintaining safety and sanitation standards in a high-volume resort environment.

Qualifications

• High School Degree; bachelor's in hospitality management preferred.
• 2 years supervisory experience in F&B.
• 3 years general experience in F&B.
• Maintains TIPS and Serve Safe certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist SawMill Manager with day-to-day operations.
• On-floor supervision during open hours; touch tables and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle end-of-day financial reporting and related tasks.
• Coordinate with other departments for private events and resort activities.
• Lead staffing, training, and performance evaluations for FOH staff.
• Maintain sanitation, security, and compliance with laws and policies.
