Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; hospitality management degree preferred.
• 2+ years supervisory experience in food and beverage.
• 3+ years general food and beverage experience; TIPS/Serve Safe certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of JJ’s Rocky Mountain Tavern.
• Recruit, hire and train staff; conduct regular performance conversations.
• Develop training programs; ensure consistent service quality and safety standards.
