Job summary

Powdr-Copper Mountain, LLC in Copper Mountain, CO, seeks an F&B Assistant Manager for Sawmill to lead daily operations, supervise front-of-house staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences during all shifts.

You will assist in financial controls, payroll, and inventory, collaborate with other departments for private events, and uphold safety and sanitation standards while maintaining the Copper Mountain Resort service culture.

Qualifications

• High School Degree. Prefer a degree in hospitality management, business management, or related field.
• 2 years’ supervisory experience in the food and beverage industry
• 3 years’ general experience in the food and beverage industry
• Maintains TIPS and Serve Safe certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily F&B operations and staff scheduling.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and service quality.
• Assist with end-of-day financial reporting and cash handling.
• Coordinate events with other departments and maintain SOP adherence.
• Lead staff training and performance evaluations.
