Copper Mountain Resort is seeking an F&B Assistant Manager for JJ's Rocky Mountain Tavern to oversee daily operations, staff supervision, and training. The role focuses on maintaining service quality, guest satisfaction, and adherence to safety and liquor regulations.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day operations of JJ's Rocky Mountain Tavern.
• Supervise restaurant staff, recruit, hire and train team members.
• Develop and maintain training programs and employee handbooks.
• Monitor training, performance appraisals, and disciplinary procedures.
• Determine staffing levels and ensure effective scheduling.
• Ensure guest satisfaction, sanitation, safety, and compliance with laws.
• Collaborate on outlet concept, menus, marketing, and branding.
• Oversee financials, payroll, cash handling, and end-of-month reporting.
• Maintain vendor relationships and inventory controls.
