White Lodging is seeking a dynamic leader to oversee restaurant operations, including staffing, service setup, and breakdown, ensuring exceptional guest experiences. You will mentor associates, monitor inventory and payroll, and enforce strict health and safety standards to uphold quality and guest satisfaction.

We value teamwork, service excellence, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Previous supervisory experience in food and beverage is preferred, with ServSafe knowledge

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage a dynamic food and beverage environment.
• Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation standards (ServSafe certification preferred).
• Effective communication skills with guests, associates, and management teams.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and resolve problems efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations, including staffing, setup, service, and breakdown, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and mentor restaurant associates while fostering teamwork and morale.
• Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage payroll to support efficient operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
• Address guest concerns promptly and effectively, empowering associates to exceed expectations.
• Support hiring, training, and cross-training initiatives to build a skilled and motivated team.
