Guest Services is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor in Florida to assist the Manager with unit operations, floor management, and guest service excellence. The role supports a team environment and helps achieve financial goals and company initiatives.

The position requires leadership capability, a focus on safety and quality, and experience in managing staff, scheduling, and training to maintain high standards of service across dining and related facilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Bachelor's or Business Degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of related management experience required.
• Food Safety Certification a plus.
• Strong customer service and ability to lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure complete guest satisfaction at all times.
• Handle guests' complaints and solve them according to customer service standards.
• Monitor and supervise dining area setup and maintenance to ensure quality.
• Recruit, supervise, schedule, discipline, review and direct staff under Manager.
• Train hourly staff for peak performance and monitor development.
• Maintain safe facility environment including equipment, food handling and sanitation.
• Notify Manager of unusual events or safety/quality issues.
