Courtyard Fort Lauderdale Beach is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead a dynamic team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will work closely with the F&B Manager to uphold service standards, motivate staff, and ensure smooth operations on a beachfront property in Fort Lauderdale.

Ideal candidates bring supervisory hospitality experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage costs, schedules, and inventory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality coursework a plus.
• At least one year of progressive experience in hotels with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, multitasking and composure under pressure.
• Ability to interpret financial data and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Monitor food quality and guest feedback; address concerns promptly and professionally.
• Lead and motivate staff; communicate at team meetings.
• Oversee daily operations: costs, cash handling, schedules, and inventory; use technology to streamline processes.
• Develop promotional ideas to attract guests and boost sales; support training and performance initiatives.
